§ 1 General Provisions

The administrator of personal data of users of the website located at www.azielectro.eu is ALRIGHT HOLDING PL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Kraków, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001142104, NIP: 6793316912, REGON: 540405339, share capital: PLN 5,000.00 fully paid (hereinafter: “Administrator”).

The Administrator has designated an electronic contact point for direct communication with authorities of Member States, the Commission, and regarding GDPR matters: office@azielectro.eu. This address also serves for direct customer contact with the Administrator. Communication is also possible in writing at: ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Kraków, or via the contact form on the website. Communication may be conducted in Polish or English.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the principles of processing personal data obtained through the Administrator’s website and in connection with concluding and performing contracts outside the website.

The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Policy. Users will be informed of any changes by posting the new content on the website, and if an email address has been provided, also via email.

§ 2 Legal Basis, Purpose, and Retention of Personal Data

Personal data of users is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Polish Data Protection Act of 10.05.2018, and the Act on Electronic Services of 18.07.2002, along with subsequent amendments.

The Administrator may collect personal data for the following purposes:

  • contract execution,

  • direct marketing,

  • sending newsletters,

  • handling reviews,

  • bookkeeping,

  • refunds,

  • pursuing claims,

  • analytical research,

  • customer account registration,

  • customer service,

  • website security.

Depending on the purpose, data is processed on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), or (f) GDPR and retained:

  • for the duration of the contract and accounting obligations,

  • for the duration of the Administrator’s legitimate interest,

  • until consent is withdrawn,

  • until the limitation period expires,

  • for the time required by law.

Data processed may include:

  • full name,

  • email address,

  • phone number,

  • residential address,

  • tax ID (NIP), company name,

  • personal ID number (PESEL) if required,

  • device technical data,

  • browser/session metadata,

  • activity history.

Profiling may be used for marketing purposes only and does not affect the conclusion of a contract. The user may object at any time.

The user may also disable metadata processing via browser settings or by installing appropriate add-ons. Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to fulfill the processing purpose or as required by law.

§ 3 Data Sharing

The Administrator ensures that all collected personal data is used to fulfill obligations to users. Such information is not shared with third parties, except where specified in this Policy.

Data may be shared with:

  • technical, IT, accounting, and consulting service providers,

  • data processors acting on behalf of the Administrator under data processing agreements,

  • institutions authorized under applicable law,

  • companies such as Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Technology Limited – for analytics, advertising, and remarketing services,

  • in compliance with GDPR provisions on data transfers outside the EEA, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

§ 4 User Rights

Each user has the right to:

  • access their data,

  • correct, delete, or restrict processing of their data,

  • withdraw consent,

  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland),

  • object to processing, including direct marketing.

§ 5 Cookies

The website www.azielectro.eu uses cookies for:

  • ensuring proper functioning of the website,

  • analytics,
