Warranty Terms – AziElectro
At AziElectro, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable devices. Therefore, each phone purchased from our store is covered by a 24-month seller’s warranty, starting from the date the device is delivered to the customer.
1. Scope of Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers physical defects of the device that occur during proper use and result from internal product faults, including but not limited to:
Malfunction of the display or touchscreen;
Faulty connectivity functions (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, mobile network signal, NFC);
Malfunction of the rear or front camera;
Faulty operation of wired or wireless charging;
Malfunction of the headphone jack;
Malfunction of the vibration system;
Any defects resulting from manufacturing or component faults.
In the case of a covered defect, the customer is entitled to:
free repair of the device,
replacement with a defect-free product,
a price reduction, or
withdrawal from the purchase agreement – if the defect is substantial and cannot be remedied.
2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The warranty does not cover damages or faults resulting from improper or non-standard use of the device, including:
Mechanical damage such as cracks, bends, screen breakage, liquid exposure, scratches, or wear and tear of the housing;
Normal wear of consumable components, especially batteries, charging ports, buttons, USB ports, headphone jacks, speakers, and microphones;
Damage caused by third-party interference or repairs conducted by unauthorized service providers (not approved by AziElectro);
Tampering with, removing, or damaging warranty seals or serial numbers;
Damages caused by external factors such as humidity, dust, extreme temperatures, or electrical surges.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
Submit a claim by email to [office@azielectro.eu], providing:
the order or invoice number,
a detailed description of the issue,
photos or video (if applicable) showing the defect.
Send the device to the address provided by our customer service team, securely packaged to prevent further damage during transport.
Ensure the device has not been repaired or tampered with by any third-party service provider not authorized by AziElectro.
We aim to review and respond to all warranty claims within 14 business days of receiving the device. If the claim is accepted, the repair or replacement will be carried out promptly, no later than within 30 days.
These warranty terms do not limit or exclude the consumer’s statutory rights under the legal warranty (implied warranty) provided by the Civil Code and consumer protection laws.
