Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please contact us at office@azielectro.eu to receive return instructions.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in an undamaged condition with all accessories included.
• A refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
• The return shipping cost is covered by the Buyer (unless otherwise agreed).
